LTS ELITE PREP is a basketball development program that offers programming to three different streams:

  1. LTS Futures

  2. LTS High

  3. LTS College

Prioritizing competitive development, LTS ELITE PREP provides a wide range of programs for varying age groups.

Development comes in all shapes and sizes, LTS ELITE PREP strives to be the consistency across the board by equipping athletes with the necessary tools to succeed at the next level of their personal development.

MEET THE COACHES

Paolo Labrador (Founder)

  • Assistant Coach for the Douglas College Royals MBB team (PacWest)

  • Senior Boys Head Coach at Magee Secondary School (BCHSBBA)

  • Assistant Coach for U16 British Columbia Development Team (Basketball BC)

  • Player Development (Basketball BC)

  • Head Coach at UPREP Basketball (AAU)

He has provided player development and coaching for pros (CEBL, Asia), post secondary athletes (NCAA, USports, CCAA), high school athletes, as well as elementary school. He also works as a player development coach for the provincial teams in British Columbia (Basketball BC).

This wide range of practice allows him to understand both long term and short term goal planning for athletes.
