ABOUT US
Train to compete:
Train to compete means that training will almost always involve a competitive aspect in which they are going up against athletes bigger or older than them
Our athletes are developed based on two main things - GLMs and Mechanics:
Game-like movements - film and current basketball recruiting standards backed Mechanics - breaking of previously learned bad habits, from the ground up (shooting, ball handling, finishing)
This is approached in a variety of ways (increased physical contact, slowing things down, film review, out-of-the-box drills, challenge drills)
Coaches:
Our coaches are trained to develop athletes through 3 main factors: psychological growth, athletic growth, and basketball IQ growth.
Our foundation is film and a high level of experience playing/coaching.
