ABOUT US

  1. Train to compete:

    • Train to compete means that training will almost always involve a competitive aspect in which they are going up against athletes bigger or older than them

  2. Our athletes are developed based on two main things - GLMs and Mechanics:

    • Game-like movements - film and current basketball recruiting standards backed Mechanics - breaking of previously learned bad habits, from the ground up (shooting, ball handling, finishing)

    • This is approached in a variety of ways (increased physical contact, slowing things down, film review, out-of-the-box drills, challenge drills)

  3. Coaches:

Our coaches are trained to develop athletes through 3 main factors: psychological growth, athletic growth, and basketball IQ growth.

  4. Our foundation is film and a high level of experience playing/coaching.
